1993 UltraStar 30' Queen Bed, Runs great for sale in Lake Wales, Florida

$10,900

I have my 1993 30' UltraStar motor home For sale.
It sleeps 3-4 comfortably and we've had 5 sleep in it before using the front reclining seat.
It has just gone through a major renovation at a cost of over $6000. I have kept a fairly accurate list of everything replaced but it's too large to post it here... Everything from the fresh water pump to the Queen mattress to the brakes are brand new. It runs and drives perfect and needs very little. The remaining needs are superficial
Ice cold Coleman roof A/C that was replaced last year. All vents and windows work as they should, Fridge is ice cold, Water heater get super hot, On-board house battery charger works good, Generator switch over works properly, All lights and water facets work properly, Gas stove and furnace work properly, Microwave/Convection oven works as it should.
The on-board Generator is an Onan KY Series. It's 4000 watts and has 750 hours on it. It powers the coach effortlessly and can be started inside or outside. With everything on in the coach, the generator is only at approx. 65% load.
The Generator was just completely serviced. New Brushes, slip rings were cleaned, new voltage regulator, fresh oil, air filter and spark plug. It runs really good.
The only things I can think of off the top of my head that don't work correctly are the hydraulic leveling jacks and the Engine A/C.
The passengers side jacks work fine but the drivers side just clicks. I believe it just needs a solenoid but I haven't really checked them out. You don't really need them if you park on a level spot.
As for the engine A/C, we just use the roof top A/C while driving. The Engine A/C actually uses more fuel then running generator so it's more economical and it cools the coach better to run the roof A/C.
The engine A/C was repaired last year. It had a bad low side hose and the dryer was leaking, both were replaced, vacuumed down and recharged. It lasted about 10 months and all the freon leaked out so it obviously still has a small leak.
This coach sits on the Chevrolet P-30 Chassis and is powered but a Fuel injected Chevy 454. We just returned from a week in Georgia and it got 11.8 mpg's on the trip. That is average for gas motor-homes of this size.
Both black and grey holding tanks and drain valves work properly, Stand up shower, New Thetford commode, New queen matress, the dining table also folds down and into a bed. there are two tv's.
The bedroom TV is a Dual voltage (12v & 120v) LCD Flatscreen with a DVD player.
It has Corian counter-tops and light oak cabinetry.
The floor carpet was removed and hard wood was installed. The carpet in the front and rear was also replaced as well.
Drivers seat is 6 way power.
AM/FM Cassette player with 4 speakers... Radio works but it's nothing fancy by any means.
There is a ton of storage all over this motorhome.
Air ride suspension front and rear. Front airbags were just replaced.
Mechanically It is in really good condition. I keep it serviced every 5000 miles with Synthetic oil. All fluids have been changed recently.
Here are a few parts I recently replaced.

New Pantograph wiper arms and pivot shafts (2)
New 18' Awning fabric
New Carpet and wood flooring

Overall it is a VERY solid coach with many years of life left in her. We planned on keeping it for a couple more years and doing some traveling but after several long trips with it we have realized we would prefer something with a slide out. It's a little cramped with 5 of us in it.. (2 Adults and three teens) Other then that it has performed perfectly on our trips and is very easy to drive.
I may be open to a trade if you have a TT we like of equal value.
